Key Responsibilities

• Program CNC machinery using G-code and other relevant programming languages.

• Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machining processes and product design.
• Document all production data accurately and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in CNC machining are a plus.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Experience operating and programming CNC machines (such as lathes, mills, or routers).
• Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming languages.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials while adhering to safety procedures.
