Job Responsibilities

As part of the Accutran Global team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide high-quality transcription services across a variety of content, including interviews, focus groups, and corporate meetings.
• Ensure accuracy in transcripts and adhere to specific formatting guidelines as required by clients.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow processes and enhance service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
• Utilize advanced software tools to enhance productivity and ensure timely submissions of completed projects.
• Respond swiftly to client inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong command of the English language, with excellent grammar and punctuation skills.
• Experience in transcription, editing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in using transcription software and technology.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
