  • Document customer interactions and track issues in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide product and service information and support to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Gather feedback from customers to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of professional authority and knowledge of all XYZ Corporation products and services.

Qualifications
