Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and recommending solutions that meet their goals.
  • Monitor client health metrics and proactively reach out to clients showing signs of dissatisfaction or decreased engagement.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, update them on new features, and ensure their business objectives are being met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, using this information to improve customer experiences.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to customer interactions and workflows for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical acumen, customer-focused mindset, and exceptional communication skills. Below are the requirements we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success, account management, or client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of software as a service (SaaS) products and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in customer success software and data analytics tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
