Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team. As a member of the Dinnington Jobcentre, you will work closely with job seekers, helping them navigate the employment landscape. Your role will involve advising clients on career options, providing resources for job hunting, and facilitating skills training workshops.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with job seekers to assess their career aspirations and needs.
- Provide guidance on CV writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies.
- Organize and lead workshops and training sessions on various skills, including job readiness, communication, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with local employers to promote job openings and ensure a continuous flow of opportunities for our clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and job placements.
- Work collaboratively with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance employment services.
- Participate in outreach activities to engage with underrepresented groups in the community.

- Proven experience in employment services, career coaching, or related fields.

- Experience in organizing workshops or training sessions is a plus.

Working Hours
This is a full-time position, and our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend events as required.
