Key Responsibilities

Manage and update content on the FlexJobs website to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging blog posts, guides, and online resources.
Optimize website performance for SEO and user experience.
Conduct regular audits of web content and user journeys to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics.
Work with the design team to develop new site features and functionalities.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for increasing site engagement and enhancing user experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
