Your Role

Conducting thorough scouting reports on players at various levels, including local clubs, academies, and international competitions.
Utilizing video analysis tools to assess players’ skills, techniques, and potential.
Attending matches, tournaments, and training sessions to observe player performances firsthand.
Collaborating closely with coaching staff to align scouting strategies with team needs and objectives.
Building and maintaining a network of contacts in the football community, including coaches, agents, and player representatives.
Analyzing statistics and performance data to inform recruitment decisions.
Preparing comprehensive recruitment reports to present to management.

Who You Are

To thrive in the role of a football scout, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

A deep understanding of football at various levels, including knowledge of players, teams, and leagues.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate player performance based on statistics and on-field observations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships within the football community.
Proficient in using data analysis and video scouting tools.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively to attend matches and scouting events.
