Key Responsibilities:
As part of our healthcare team in HCAH roles, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with protocols and standards.
- Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitoring patients’ health and reporting changes to the nursing staff.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Supporting patients’ emotional needs and encouraging their independence.
- Documenting patient care and progress in compliance with hospital policies.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in health related fields is preferable.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant.
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Compassionate attitude towards patient care.
