Job Responsibilities

As a hotel receptionist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reservations and maintaining accurate records.

  • Processing payments and maintaining financial transactions accurately.
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the hotel receptionist role should possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus).
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, hospitality experience is an advantage.
