Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will get the chance to work on a variety of HR functions, including:

• Assisting with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with new information.
• Participating in employee engagement initiatives and helping coordinate various training programs.
• Conducting market research on HR best practices and contributing ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Desire to learn and grow within the human resources field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus but not required.
