Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, following up with customers as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities for offering additional products and services to enhance customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the banking industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of banking regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in using computer software and banking applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
