Responsibilities

• Assist with decluttering and sorting personal items, providing compassionate and respectful guidance.

• Collaborate with other team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage your own schedule effectively, allowing for both client-facing and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in organizing, home staging, or interior design is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of clients with empathy and respect.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with various organization products and strategies is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
