Position Overview
The role of an Independent Living Specialist is crucial to our mission. You will work directly with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized plans that promote independence. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized support plans in cooperation with clients, families, and other stakeholders.

- Assist clients in accessing community resources, such as healthcare services, transportation, and recreational activities.

Qualifications
To succeed as an Independent Living Specialist, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related field.
