• Assisting skilled tradespeople with their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment required on job sites.
• Preparing job sites by clearing debris and ensuring areas are safe and ready for work.
• Following safety protocols to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
• Operating basic power tools and machinery as required under supervision.
• Executing general labour duties such as moving materials, digging trenches, and cleaning up construction sites.
• Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Previous experience in a labouring role or construction environment is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong desire to learn and develop new skills in the construction industry.
• Ability to work physically demanding tasks and lift heavy loads up to 25 kg.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Transport to job sites around Bristol will be an advantage.
