Key Responsibilities

As part of our nursing team, you will engage in various nurse job duties to ensure the highest level of care for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while also educating patients about medications and their side effects.
• Monitoring: Regularly monitor patients’ vital signs and physical condition, ensuring immediate reporting of any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaboration: Work in collaboration with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care strategies.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments and care plans.
• Emergency Response: React swiftly and efficiently to emergencies, utilizing critical thinking skills and nursing procedures.
• Support and Compassion: Provide emotional support to patients and families, addressing concerns and questions with empathy and understanding.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required.
• Proven clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic life support (BLS) certification is required; advanced certifications are a plus.
