Key Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of designated properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and managed efficiently. Your main duties will include:

• Coordinating maintenance and repair requests to ensure properties remain in excellent condition.
• Conducting regular property inspections and implementing preventative maintenance plans.
• Overseeing property budgets, rent collections, and financial reporting.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Enforcing property rules and regulations while maintaining a positive living environment.
• Marketing vacant units and conducting property showings to prospective tenants.
• Preparing and handling lease agreements and renewal processes.

Qualifications
