Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases for various software applications.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, report, and track bugs using our issue tracking system.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure timely and effective resolutions of quality issues.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
• Develop and execute automated tests where applicable.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and analytical skills, along with a keen eye for detail. Our requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Selenium).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to testing.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
