Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with Salesforce, including configuration and administration.
• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
