Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Road Side Assistance Agent, you will be responsible for the following:

• Responding promptly to incoming calls for roadside assistance
• Assessing the needs of the customer and providing appropriate solutions
• Coordinating with our network of service providers to dispatch assistance quickly
• Maintaining accurate records of each incident
• Updating customers on the ETA of service providers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by following up on services rendered

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic technical skills to operate computer and phone systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
