Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content tailored to each social media platform, ensuring consistency in brand voice.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers in a timely manner.
- Analyze and report on social media performance metrics; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.
- Conduct audience research to enhance targeting strategies and improve engagement rates.
- Assist with social media advertising campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing their success.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a marketing agency environment.
- Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Creative mindset with a strong portfolio of previous social media campaigns or content creation.
