Position Overview

Job Title: Career Consultant

As a Career Consultant at TowardJobs, you’ll guide job seekers through their career journeys, offering expert advice and support tailored to their unique needs. Your role will play a crucial part in helping individuals unlock their potential and navigate the job market successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ career goals, skills, and experience to develop personalized job search strategies.
• Provide professional resume writing and interview preparation services.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance clients’ job search skills.
• Facilitate workshops on job search techniques, networking, and personal branding.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and job market conditions.
• Assist clients in identifying and applying for relevant job opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in career counseling, recruitment, or human resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and encourage clients during their job search.
• Familiarity with career development tools and platforms is a plus.
